Terms & Conditions

1. General
Travel Lincs is a licensed executive private hire chauffeur service operating in Lincolnshire, Norfolk, and Cambridgeshire. All drivers are licensed by the local authority, hold enhanced DBS checks, and have completed required safeguarding training. All vehicles are fully licensed and insured for Hire & Reward with public liability cover.

2. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made by telephone, email, messaging services, or via our website.

  • Once confirmed, a booking will be regarded as valid unless cancelled by the client.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to check booking confirmation details are correct. Errors resulting in unnecessary journeys will be billed.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due in full on the day of travel unless otherwise agreed for business accounts.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, debit/credit card (in person only).

  • Business account payments must be made in accordance with invoice terms.

  • Public holiday surcharge applies.

4. Waiting Time and Additional Charges

  • Waiting time or additional stops requested by the client will be charged at £20 per hour (or part thereof).

  • Additional charges apply for airport meet-and-greet inside the terminal (parking costs).

5. Conduct and Restrictions

  • Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.

  • Hot drinks are not allowed. Bottled water only unless otherwise agreed for medical reasons.

  • The hirer is responsible for passenger behaviour and any damage to the vehicle.

  • Travel Lincs reserves the right to refuse service to passengers causing disruption.

6. Delays and Liability

  • While every effort is made to ensure timely arrival, Travel Lincs is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, incidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • In severe weather or emergency situations, services may be cancelled and alternative arrangements offered where possible.

7. Subcontracted Services

  • In emergencies, a trusted subcontractor may be used to complete part or all of a journey. No additional charge will apply, but we accept no liability for that portion of the journey.

8. Lost Property

  • Clients are responsible for their belongings. Lost items can be returned for the mileage rate or postage cost.

9. Damage and Spillages

  • Any damage, spillage, or soiling caused by passengers will be charged at the cost of cleaning or repair.

10. Cancellations

  • Clients should provide as much notice as possible. Charges may apply for late cancellations.
