Personalised & Affordable

Wait & Return

We can offer a wait and return service for example at a funeral, wedding or birthday celebration and the driver will stay local & convenient to the venue, you can leave your personal belongings safely in the vehicle & the driver can be called back at a moments notice when you are ready to depart the venue.

Payments

We take payments by cash, online bank transfer, or we do have an option for a credit OR debit card payment but this can only be done in person as it is a hand held device. We can also provide receipts for your records if you so wish, please ask at time of booking.  Certain types of job requests i.e. business clients we can invoice for and the payment terms are as stated on the invoice.  We undertake a review of our prices on a yearly basis, at the beginning of the year.

Lost Property

Our drivers are advised to check the passenger areas immediately after the departure of clients but sometimes black mobile phones for instance get left down the back of seats and under arm rests etc. It is ultimately the client's responsibility to ensure they have all their possessions as the return of left items will be charged at the mileage rate for the vehicle or the postage/carriage at cost, whichever the client chooses.

Spillages, soiling & damage

We prefer clients not to eat or drink anything other than bottled water whilst traveling but realise sustenance is sometimes essential after long haul flights etc or if someone has a medical condition. Hot beverages are not allowed in the vehicle at all.  Any damage caused to our vehicles in any shape or form due to carelessness or negligence will be charged for accordingly.

Adverse Weather

Because our vehicles are rear wheel drive in severe adverse weather we may find it necessary to cancel transfers but if this was an extreme action we would help to offer an alternative option with other local organisations but not necessarily of the same standards as our Company.

We would be very happy to quote for any journey to any destination.  Please contact us at your earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment as we are highly recommended mainly through word of mouth in the local area.  We can provide you with a quote either by telephone, text, whats app, Facebook Messenger, email or completing our simple form online.  We aim to reply as quick as it reasonably possible but please allow for 48 hours response.  However, if your request is imminent please do not hesitate to ring us. Once the booking has been confirmed we send a confirmation email.  It is the client's responsibility to check all the details are correct.  Any mistakes resulting in unnecessary journeys will be billed accordingly as set out in our email booking confirmation.
